Factory Introduction
Factory concept: As an inert ceramic ball factory, we are well aware that only reliable quality and favorable prices can lead to a long-term win-win situation. This is the most fundamental understanding as a supplier of inert ceramic balls. Therefore, we serve our customers not only based on quality and price, but also consider their needs in terms of packaging and technical services.
Factory’s Advantages: Our factory is located in Xiangdong Ceramic Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. Over the years, we have gathered a group of senior experts in ceramic materials and chemical processes, forming a professional and highly competent technical R&D team. In the raw material procurement process, strict quality inspections are carried out for each batch to ensure that the chemical composition, particle size distribution, etc. meet the production requirements. During the production process, multiple quality inspection procedures are set up to monitor and analyze the performance indicators of ceramic balls such as appearance, size, density, compressive strength, and chemical stability in real time. Only products that pass all the inspection items can proceed to the next process.
In the finished product inspection process, we conduct comprehensive quality inspections on each batch of products in accordance with international standards and the special requirements of customers. We are equipped with advanced inspection equipment, such as X-ray diffractometers, scanning electron microscopes, universal material testing machines, etc., which can precisely analyze the microstructure and macroscopic properties of ceramic balls. At the same time, we have established a complete quality traceability system. Each product has a unique identifier. In case of quality problems, it can be quickly traced to each link in the production process and timely measures can be taken for improvement.
Price Information Notice
To obtain an accurate quotation for inert ceramic balls, the following information is usually required to be provided for a more precise quotation:
Product size and specification: Clearly define the size and specification of the product.
Alumina purity: The main component of ceramic balls. Due to the different purity of alumina, the price will vary significantly.
Purchase quantity: The quantity of purchase directly affects the quotation.
Packaging requirements: We offer ton bag packaging (with 25 kilograms per bag inside), pallet packaging, and iron drum packaging.
Delivery location: The distance of the delivery location will affect the transportation cost. The supplier needs to include the transportation cost in the quotation.
Note: Due to exchange rate fluctuations, transportation costs, and changes in raw material prices, our quotations have an effective period. If exceeded, the quotation for inert ceramic balls needs to be recalculated.

Product Details
Size and Diameter Specifications: 3mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. Other specifications can be customized for production.
Product Categories: Low-aluminum inert ceramic balls, medium-aluminum inert ceramic balls, high-aluminum inert ceramic balls, convex and concave groove perforated ceramic balls, microporous ceramic balls, heat storage ceramic balls.
Note: These different types of inert ceramic balls have their own unique properties and application fields depending on their composition, structure and application scenarios.
Application fields
Catalytic reforming unit: A large petrochemical enterprise installed inert ceramic balls with a diameter of 13mm as the catalyst carrier support layer in its catalytic reforming unit. These ceramic balls have a compressive strength of 6000N per particle and a bulk density of 1.7g/cm³, with excellent chemical stability. During the operation of the unit, they can withstand temperatures ranging from 500℃ to 550℃ and pressures of 3 – 4MPa, effectively supporting the catalyst and ensuring uniform distribution of reaction materials, promoting the progress of the reforming reaction, increasing the yield of aromatics by about 10%, while reducing the energy consumption and catalyst loss of the unit.
Hydrocracking unit: Another petrochemical enterprise adopted inert ceramic balls with a specific surface area of 12m²/g in its hydrocracking unit. In the hydrocracking reaction, in the presence of corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide, the ceramic balls, with their excellent corrosion resistance and stability, provided good support and protection for the catalyst, significantly reducing the content of sulfur, nitrogen and other impurities in the oil products, achieving higher product quality standards and meeting increasingly strict environmental protection requirements.
Fertilizer production field
Urea synthesis tower: A urea production enterprise used inert ceramic balls in its urea synthesis tower to improve gas-liquid distribution. The selected inert ceramic balls have a porosity of 40% – 45%, and can operate stably at temperatures ranging from 180℃ to 200℃ and pressures of 13 – 15MPa. By properly filling the ceramic balls in the synthesis tower, the reaction between carbon dioxide and liquid ammonia becomes more complete, increasing the urea synthesis conversion rate by 8% – 10%, significantly improving production efficiency, and reducing the occurrence of side reactions, thereby enhancing product quality.
Nitric acid production unit: In the oxidation furnace of nitric acid production, inert ceramic balls with good thermal stability were used. These ceramic balls can withstand temperatures ranging from 800℃ to 900℃ and pressures of 3 – 6MPa, providing stable support for the catalyst in the ammonia oxidation reaction, ensuring efficient reaction and increasing the output and concentration of nitric acid. This provided high-quality raw materials for subsequent nitric acid processing and application, ensuring the safe and stable supply of natural gas.
Environmental water treatment field
Sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide removal unit: In the natural gas sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide removal unit, inert ceramic balls are used to protect the sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide removal catalyst. The selected inert ceramic balls have good impact resistance and chemical stability, and can effectively buffer the impact of gas flow on the catalyst at temperatures ranging from 40℃ to 60℃ and pressures of 3 – 6MPa, preventing catalyst pulverization and ensuring the efficient removal of acidic gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from the natural gas, achieving pipeline transportation standards for natural gas purification, and providing a guarantee for the safe and stable supply of natural gas.
Natural gas storage tank: A natural gas reserve depot laid a layer of inert ceramic balls at the bottom of its storage tanks. These ceramic balls have a low water absorption rate and good compressive strength, which can not only prevent water accumulation at the bottom of the tank from causing corrosion to the tank body, but also optimize the distribution of natural gas in the tank, making the natural gas more stable during storage, reducing safety hazards caused by uneven gas distribution, and improving the safety and service life of the tank.
