Introduce
Inert alumina ceramic ball, also known as industrial porcelain ball or inert refractory porcelain ball, is a high performance industrial material. It is made of aluminum oxide powder calcined at high temperature and has a dense structure and stable chemical properties. Not only acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, but also has a strong pressure resistance and impact resistance. Therefore, it is widely used in petrochemical, environmental protection and agricultural fertilizer and other fields.

Field of use
In the field of petrochemical industry, inert alumina ceramic balls are used as cover support materials and tower fillers for catalysts in reactors because of their high temperature and corrosion resistance.

In the process of refining, cracking and reforming, it can effectively improve the reaction efficiency and promote the improvement of product conversion rate. In the field of environmental protection,

In flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and other treatment processes, it has a remarkable effect on improving air quality and reducing pollutant emission.

In agricultural fertilizer production, it is used as tower filler to optimize the gas-liquid mass transfer process and improve the yield and quality of fertilizer. The application of inert alumina ceramic balls is not limited to the above fields. With the continuous progress of science and technology and the increasing diversification of industrial production needs, its application prospects will be broader.

Inert alumina ceramic ball characteristics
(1) Chemical stability: inert alumina ceramic balls have very high chemical stability and can withstand the erosion of various strong acids, strong bases and organic solvents. This allows it to maintain its structural integrity and performance stability in harsh chemical environments, and does not react with chemical substances in contact, thus ensuring the safety and efficiency of industrial production processes. For example, in acidic or alkaline catalyst beds in the petrochemical industry, inert alumina ceramic balls can be stable and provide good support for the catalyst without being destroyed by corrosion.

(2) High temperature resistance: Its excellent high temperature resistance is also a significant feature. It can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment without softening, deformation or other performance degradation. Under normal circumstances, inert alumina ceramic balls can withstand high temperatures of up to 1000 ° C or more, and some special formulations of products can even work normally at higher temperatures. In some high-temperature reaction processes, such as synthetic ammonia, ethylene cracking and other industrial reactions, inert alumina ceramic balls can withstand the high temperature of the reaction system, effectively preventing abnormal reactions or equipment damage due to excessive temperature in the reactor.

(3) High strength and hardness: it has high mechanical strength and hardness, which gives it good wear resistance and impact resistance. In the industrial production process, whether it is in the catalyst bed to withstand the erosion of materials, or in the high-speed flow of gas or liquid environment, it can keep its shape and structure stable, not easy to break or wear. This not only extends the service life of inert alumina ceramic balls, reduces the frequency of replacement, reduces the production cost, but also ensures the continuity and stability of the industrial production process. (4) High specific surface area and porosity: usually has a certain specific surface area and appropriate porosity. The larger specific surface area makes it able to provide more active sites for chemical reactions, which is conducive to the adsorption and diffusion of substances. The appropriate porosity can promote the transmission and distribution of gas or liquid in its interior, and improve the reaction efficiency. In the process of adsorption separation and catalytic reaction, this characteristic can significantly improve the process effect, for example, in the field of air purification, inert alumina ceramic balls can effectively adsorb harmful gases and impurities in the air and purify the air.
